THANKSGIVING DAY, CHRISTMAS DAY, & NEW YEAR'S DAY: Office is closed and no services will be provided. Your make-up schedule will be as follows:

Once-a-week Service:
Make-up day will be provided the week of the holiday. Please ensure all trash is placed inside containers.

Multi-Day Service:
Every attempt will be made to service your location on the previous or next scheduled business day. Please ensure all trash is placed inside containers.

During the holiday season, we understand that you may generate extra trash or recycling and need extra pickups. If you need extra service, please contact our commercial customer service department for scheduling.

INCLEMENT WEATHER: Please understand safety is our primary concern. Roads and/or areas which we deem unsafe due to snow or ice will be rescheduled for collection. If we are unable to provide collection, services will resume as soon as it is safe to do so. Please make sure during these inclement weather conditions to keep your parking areas clear so the container is accessible. If your dumpster has wheels, please remember to treat this area because the drivers can not roll a can on ice/snow.
