RESIDENTIAL CUSTOMERS:

THANKSGIVING DAY: Office is closed and no services will be provided. If trash or recycling collection falls on this day, your service will resume on your next scheduled service day. Fairfax County residents, your recycling collection make up day will be Saturday, November 26th.

CHRISTMAS DAY & NEW YEAR'S DAY: Falls on a Sunday this year. There will be no interruption in service collection days.

CHRISTMAS TREE COLLECTION: Christmas trees will be collected on your regular yard debris collection day. We ask all tinsel and decorations be removed. Please do not place trees in plastic bags. Fairfax County residents, yard debris season ends December 29th. If you have yard debris to be collected after this date, place your items to curbside on your 2nd collection day until the season resumes the 1st week of March 2012.

INCLEMENT WEATHER: Safety in your community is our primary concern. Roads and/or areas which are deemed unsafe due to snow or ice will be suspended for collection. If suspension occurs, services will resume on the next regularly scheduled collection day.
RESIDENTIAL CUSTOMERS:

THANKSGIVING DAY: Office is closed and no services will be provided. If your trash and recycling collection falls on this day, your services will be delayed by one day. Example: Your trash and recycling collection is on Thursday, service will be provided on Friday. If your trash and recycling collection is on Friday, service will be provided on Saturday.

**On make-up days, crews come through neighborhoods earlier than normal, please make sure items are to curbside the night before.**
