American Disposal Services is committed to providing reliable collection for all customers. We are also committed to the safety of our drivers and customers. Because of this, weather conditions may prohibit the collection of waste and recycling in your area on certain days of the year. Possible explanations for delays or cancellations in your service include: ice, wind, snow, and extreme heat.

Please leave your collection containers out until 5 PM on days when weather is exceptionally bad. If service is postponed, we post updates here, and call customers as needed. Thank you for understanding.

If your area is not listed to the right, and your waste or recycling has not been collected by 4 PM, please leave us a note and report the missed collection here or contact our Customer Service Center.
